California Quail

Today I attempted to feature the new California Quail Multi Step Clear Stamp sponsored by Kitchen Sink Stamps which will be available on October 22.  I'm not sure I accomplished a true specimen of this beautiful fowl because it seems to be darker than the pictures I've seen but I love the stamp set!  When I lived in Iowa growing up, we saw lots of quail and even went quail hunting.  They are so small and not nearly as pretty as this fellow.  Anyway, I made this card for a friend's Birthday thinking he would like this little fellow.  Sentiment was from Kitchen Sink Words 4 Celebration.
